This residence is a custom Lowcountry-style home located in the award-winning Hampton Lake community in Bluffton, South Carolina. Completed in 2020, this 3,115-square-foot home features four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms on a 0.43-acre homesite. Working within a carefully defined budget, the project focused on delivering the homeowner’s priorities while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and value. Through close collaboration and thoughtful planning, every design decision was made to maximize the investment, resulting in a beautiful custom home completed in just eight months.
